First, give yourself the chance to finish growing. You may well grow taller, etc, and that will help.

Your back pain may have many different causes, but the best thing that you can do for yourself just now is to not only stretch but also to do some resistance training in order to strengthen all of your muscles, including your back muscles. At your age, resistance training is much safer than is weight training, but it will set the stage for the latter in 5 or 6 years time. And practice your posture. That has a great deal to do with having as healthy as back as is possible.

Don't use a backpack. Instead, go for that backpack-on-wheels device. It will also help.

If this doesn't help, see your doctor about your back problems.

Anomaly has a good point. You do seem to be obsessed by your breasts lately. Please check the links below for real information.

Not really a big boob size, but for your stature size - yes - it can hurt you. It only takes 2 1/2 years to ruin a child's back for life with a backpack that holds no more than 2 books, a folder and a lunch pail. You are doing the same thing - just in the opposite direction. Young boys find them attractive for some reason - older men do not want to see them. They do have a device that you can wear that puts alternate weight on the backside of your shoulders.

No, I doubt it. Think about the times when your back hurts the most. Is it when you wake up in the morning? Could be a bad mattress or poor sleeping habits. Is it when you have been on the computer for a long time? Could be the angle of the screen or your chair. Is it after any certain activity? Have you been checked for scholiosis?

If you can answer some of these questions it might be easier for a doctor to diagnose your problem. I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor first.

I have AU 12G cup breasts and I do have pain but when I was an AU 12DD cup I did not have any pain so I don't think that your bra size would be your reason for pain.
Try standing up taller and if you don't already then start doing sit ups- this strengthens your stomach muscles and makes you stand up straighter which will in turn strengthen your back muscles

With stronger back muscles you should reduce your amount of pain.

I dont think that w/ a size B that your back would hurt that much. Maybe you should see a chiro or your general Dr?

your boobs are TOO small and you are TOO young to be having back problems related to your breast size. That's some very wishfull thinking haha. I have back problems and I don't even have boobs!

You need to strengthen your back muscles.

I don't think it is that. You could have a Kidney infection. I know that will cause pain in your back.

Little lady, you are absolutely OBSESSED with your boobs! This is the second "boob" question you've asked today! Quit worrying about it! Don't you have homework to do anyways?
