What's a good excuse for not doing your homework?

I'm not a slacker or anything, but i was just wondering what kinds of excuses people use...first one that i like or makes me laugh will get 10 points...

I told my teacher once in high school that due to a rapid rise in hormonal activity that my brains functions seem to slow down and I could not function and focus on the assignment. He had absolutely no clue what i was talking about- told me that sounded like a "girl" thing and gave me a pass to the nurses...lol....

All i was trying to say was that it wasnt done and i needed lore time... i just used long words to confuse him..

I put a glazed far away look on my face and say I forgot it and then when the teacher tries to tell me to do it for tomorrow I act like I'm off on my own planet so they won't ask me the next day.

I usually say I did do my homework but the book is in my locker and I left my lockers key at home...everybody kinda uses that one but it works so I dont mind :D
