why does it snow?

b/c the precipitation called rain frezzes in the atmosphere causing it to snow.................. i got that off of weather.com

When it rains,the snow don't have time to turn into water droplets and come down as snow.

high humidity, moist air aloft, and temps 32 degrees or lower from where the snow comes out to when it hits the surface
