On mame plus_src-0.108u4-20060...I can't find the ROM folder. In the SRC folder there are some folders in there but no ROM folder. It starts with CPU, debug,drivers.....ends with a windows folder. Then it starts with a bunch of C: files. Did I load the wrong one? Sorry, I am a total NOOB when it comes to emulation. Any help appreciated.

Edward, remove the mame from your computer.

Click this link it will start a download of MAME32Pluss ver111

Unzip this folder where you want mame. It should have the rom folder in it now. But after you start MAME you can set up for it to look for roms where ever you may have them. I have all mine located on a external 100gig hard drive so I can take mine with me but the mame emulator is on my cpu's hard drive I have 4 versions from old one 36, 99, 105 and 111.

while in username/Library/ApplicationSupport Select New Folder from the File menu. This will make a folder called untitled folder. Rename this folder MAME OS X. Inside the new MAME OS X folder make another folder and call it ROMs. Locate some ROMs. Place the ROMs in the ROMs folder. Launch Mame OS X. Play game.

It should be in the MAME folder when you unzip it.
