I have been living to England during 8 months, and was the place where I found the man of my life, half Maltese half Tunisian.
English people are very nice and polite, but I think the mix is better, you don't loose your identity and you get more open mind, is funny. I imagine it would be boring place, as Spain with only Spanish or another country in the same situation.

Good question, from a purely personal point of view it would not make much difference to my life, as I only have white family, friends and aquaintances, but that is not through choice just circumstances. I live in a very rural location by a small market town which is white, white, white.

Umm.. you know the british are descended from a rich variety of places, right? And humanity spread out of africa? I for example am a white british man with no discernible non-european features, but my family is descended from india and china as well as europe. You'll probably be surprised to find out where you descended from, too.

Half of the answers in this question are absolutely sickening. What a pack of bigots.

I have been to the UK and I love it there. Clean, efficient, beautiful...your weather just sucks. However, if it wasn't for the immigrants, I think the state of English food would be horrible. Mushy Peas, Spotted Dick.... 'nuff said.

Would not be as be as financially progressive as it.

I don't believe that all "white" people are exclusively white as they think they are.

Example South Africa - remember when negros were raped by whites because they wanted to wipe out them, so the kids would be half white. I maybe wrong but something to think about wouldn't you say?

My friend's white but her grandfather was asian, you'd never think to look at her and funnily enough she is actually a distant relative of Ashleyne who was in big brother. Are you REALLY white?

much better and safer than it is today,
we never heard of terrorism in the 1950s in England.
that was a problem that happened in other parts of the world.
stupid politicians decided without any mandate to make England
a multicultural society, just look at the mess we are now in?
Harold Macmillan the prime minister said "we have never had it so good." he was right.
