don't waste your allowance on a vday gift, it won't last
2 weeks/2 months and you bought a ring just cuz you're both rockers? is that the best you could say for your relationship? ....slow down I got a ring after 4 years, and gave my bf a ring after 6 years.
Maybe in an 8th graders world, 2 weeks is an eternity, but here in the real world 2 weeks is nothing and not worth going out and buying a ring. Get him a card and a McDonald's or blockbuster gift card. Something nice, yet less....meaningful.
You know how many 2 week relationships you re gonna have in your life? Possibly quite a few. Will they all get a ring?

Yeah, I have to agree that it is a bit much. You're a little too young for a gift like that. Cologne is good, or frame a picture of the two of you together. Maybe a basket of candy would be nice also.

a cd or dvd sounds like a better choice..

i think thats a little much in my opinion. how long have you been going out with him?
and i think just a cute card and candy or something sweet that he will like.
