Tell her to stop because you don't like it...but don't be mean about it. If she doesn't stop then go to the school counseler and get him/her to talk to that girl.
If all else fails threaten to get a restraining order, lol

Tell her that you have Hepititas B and that its not cureable......I don't know, why don't you show some compassion and hang out with her, she might have a lot to offer you, unless, of course you are too good for ADHD, in which case, you will probably be asking the internet audience for a lot of things in the future due to your lack of adaptability of how to deal with someone.....
If you are too cool to be a friend to her (and that is probably why she "follows" you,) then she really is better off with that first suggestion, just tell her you have some disease. Otherwise, do the right thing and be a friend, you might just be the first person to do that for her and might learn something about compassion and humanity in the process.....It won't hurt you at all, it might even make some of your friends now, even better friends......

Awww... you must have been very nice to her and all the other kids probably just made her feeel bad, huh?? Sweet boy you are. But now she is a pain, well I would continue to ditch her as much as you can. Or ask her, why are you following me around. Let her know that you are friends but she needs to stop following you it looks pathetic and you may start to get irritated and say something mean. Mo.

She does not have ADHD as she has proved to you that she does have attention towards you and you want it to stop! She is not the ugliest one as everyone has a beautiful quality. You may be too blind to see this!

First ,there no such thing as an ugly girl. Someone else may find her attractive. Ask her to stop, tell her you can be buddies but nothing else . If she insist report her to the principal ,if no result tell her you'll go to the police. It's called stalking.
Please mature a little.

That's really mean you don't have to go out with her but maybe you can just talk to her and she'll probably stop following you. I'm sure if you talked to her it would make her day. And if she still doesn't stop tell a teacher or your guidence counsler or something so she'll stop bothering you.

Well try to tell her nicely to stop. I that don't work be mean about it. Tell her to get lost and not to follow you. Make her feel bad for following you. Insult her. But try the nice way first and see what that does.

It has been long since I left India, in my times the boys used to follow girls.
Looks like it is time to return. Is there any such site www.returningtoindia.com
