Absolutely!!! A lot of people will say that age and large breast size causes sagging but I have size AU 12G breasts and have worn good supportive bras every day and a maternity bra every night for the past 6 years. Even though my breasts are huge they have got no sagging to them at all and I credit this to wearing expensive bras for the past 10 years

Yes it helps to keep your breast up. Because breast already sag a little bit so if you don't wear a bra when you are younger when you get older they are really going to sag.

Well, at least while the bra is on it does. A bra cannot prevent aging but it may, in some, help counter the effects of gravity.

i do truly believe that especially if u are a big breast woman. i have always had big breast since i was 13 years old and i have always used bra. and besides the normal weight of the breast i don't have any sagging and i'm 24 years old and have a one year old

I am 54- 1 child 38-d, & still (being a 60's kinda gal) do not wear a bra. they jiggle a little but I can't hold a pencil under them. Genetics I guess.

i watched a television prog... once that said a good bra will help prevent sagging. x
