Yes definately. And fairly quickly too. I'm not bodybuilder, but I bounced back after I had my child and hadn't worked out in almost 2 years. Just remember that nearly every cell in the body has a "memory" and will easily get back to 'remembering'.

Yes. It would take time and devotion to get back to they way they were. Well... it also depends on the age difference from the stop date to the start date.

they'd have to watch their diet and caloric intake, otherwise fat would develop. for example, when arnold and lou ferrigno (hulk) stopped competitive bodybuilding, pictures of them were circulated and they didn't look as they did during bodybuilding stages.
