Usually they have some type of gel material. I bought a push up from VS about a year ago and thats what it was. It was the convertible push up. I took it back because it said u could take the padding out, but I couldnt figure out how..But either way it was a gel padding.

Usually gel. Or else a small strip of padding is stitched on. I believe if it was from victorias secret than you would have to figure it out yourself.

most likely in the padding is cotton or plush which supports your chest......
