I want to do a project with kids where you put colored cellophane over flashlights and shine the colors on the wall. Does anyone know where I can find any? Thank you.

The Dollar Tree did have some a few weeks ago and also try Wally world (walmart).Also, not for sure how much you need but you may want to try a local grocery store that provides fruit baskets as a service, they wrap the baskets in colored cellophane and may just give you some.
