invite him over for a "surprise." if u want, decorate ur hous for V's day and make him a really nice dinner. (or get take- out and put it on pretty plates!) lol. then, have a movie nite with him and just plan to do things that u both enjoy. everyone thinks u have to have "it" to have a good nite, but u don't.!! just have a good time and enjoy yourselves!!

A couple of years ago I hit up the dollar stores and bought tons of Valentine stuff then decorated his whole house. Hearts in several sizes, (the kind meant to cling to windows so you won't wreck walls, etc.) stuck to every mirror, window, fridge, toaster, his thermos, everywhere I could think of. Flowers, candles everywhere, a few red balloons, red streamers, and a special dinner. But the real surpise came when he opened the bedroom door and saw hanging hearts and baloons everywhere. It didn't cost me very much to do but he really loved the effort I'd gone to.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
