I can't image why a ballet intensive program would require you to do the splits for an audition. (my daughter has done summer intensives) You don't 'learn" how to do the splits, like you would learn how to do a dance step. Your muscles must be conditioned to do the splits. You are trying to loosen up and stretch your muscles to the point where you can go down into the splits. And that can not be done in a couple of weeks. Don't over stretch your muscles and cause an injury before your audition.

Sorry to dissapointe u, but the splits are not something u just learn, its moe of practice, practice pracice…for months and months and months. You have to stretch every day…and then go down as far as possible into the splits and push urself further…a tiny bit each day….u also have to work on ur leg strengh A LOT.
It took me about 2 months to learn the right splits, and well…I stopped working at it for about 2 weeks, and it was like starting all over!!!
Good luck girl

that's impossible unless you want to rip a muscle and not be able to do the splits for like 6 months! you'll need to go into a low lunge (right leg bent in front and left behind you) and hold it for atleast 45 secs. make sure you do it on the other side too. then do a plea(plee ayy) and stick one leg out, do this for atleast 30 secs, you know you're not doing it right it you don't feel a burn on your thigh. then do the other side. good luck!

You don't learn them in a week. It took me 4 years to be able to do my splits. You need to give your muscles time to develop otherwise you could tear a muscle.

well to do them it takes time at least 6 weeks but you really have to stretch a lot everyday and in at least six weeks you should have them looking pretty and feeling painless

I wouldn't advise it. It takes time to do this ,take your time because you risk muscle injury,go to a proper dance teacher who can instruct you correctly.

IT TAKES A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME AND PRACTICE BEFORE YOU ARE READY FOR IT BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO POP YOUR LEG IN ORDER TO DO IT......
