No, it does not increase their size at all. This is just what some younger girls thnk, but it's not true.
But if you like massaging your breasts, by all means, do it. It probably feels good and gets you a little turned on. So there's nothing harmful by feeling or massaging your breasts. Just enjoy it, but don't expect your tit's to grow because they won't.

If that were true, my wife would be carrying them in a wheel barrow...she would be a true 52E...and those are huge! The bra alone would be 3' wide. No matter how much play they get, they remain the same size.
