I know this isn't a dream analysis site but I would like to know whether anyone can help me understand a dream I often have. I dream that I'm in a big beautiful house (always a different one) and I am looking around it. Everytime I go through a door, I find another door which leads to another room. I go through that door and then there's another room. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and I feel very happy in the dream. I thought previously that it might be something to do with buying my first flat, but I bought it two years ago.

Sometimes I have a dream where I'm looking for a particular room but I can't find it no matter how many doors I go through. That one is rare though, in most of them I feel incredibly happy

The house is you,, and the rooms are different parts of you. It does not matter if the house changes, or the rooms...You describe them a beautifully decorated...This could mean one of two things...1.) you are happy about where you are in life, content..for the most part..since no ones life is perfect, but you are feeling pretty good....2) and this is not being mean or anything, but it could mean, that you are conceded...since I do not know you, pick one that is most plausable.
Ok for that room you cannot find...What is this room? Does it have a function? or a purpose and why are you looking for the room..if you answer these questions, then you can figure out the room...but like I said before each room is a different part of yourself....Is there something or a part of yourself, that you wish that you could have back?

I have the same dreams!! Though in my dreams I often return to a particular house. There are a few large houses I dream of.
A doctor in psychology once said, think back to your dream, what were you thinking and what were you feeling? Identify something in your real life that you think and feel the same way.
I always THINK in my dream...wow all this space and what I can do with it and I FEEL excited.
In my reality, I'm always trying to reorganise my house as it doesn't have a lot of storage and I have a lot of stuff!

The dream is not about flats or houses, but about your life. The different rooms represent different opportunities open to you - but you are happy where you are. You are opening the doors, but not getting anywhere different, which is fine.
Its a lovely dream.

The house is you. The rooms are the complexities of you. Each room holds aspects of yourself. The dream might be showing you how vast and magnificent you really are.

I heard an interpretation one time for a dream like this, rooms and lots of rooms may be talents or gifts inside of you, you have yet to discover.

This could mean that you may want to try out greener pastures. You may want to get a better job and have nicer things
You may think that you will meet someone with such a house
You may go into the real estate business and show these houses
A bigger, brighter life is in your destiny...
