i dont think you can
everybody is monitored on the site so if a certain person has been very abusive alot or acted in a certain way continually for a period of time their habbo is blocked from the site.

Click on the blue question mark! That's the way you call for help on Habbo.
It's big, found on the bottom right of your screen and looks like this...'?' Lol
Click this, select a problem from the list and a moderator will come to the rescue.
As Katy said, Habbo is monitored 24/7 but you can always call for help if you've got a problem. The moderators are very fair, know Habbo and are a luverly bunch... :)
