lol not too much they can think ur a bit psycho unfortuantly, 20 or so times a day is good :-P

As many times as you think. But, it would be nice for the words to also have the action included. Because if you don't have any action to your words then your words become just that, words. For example, when my guy says he loves me I would like him to also kiss me and hug me at the same time. When my guy kisses and hugs me I would like him to say I Love You at the same time. You get what I mean.

as much as you feel you should....you can say it in many ways, not just by saying I love you but by complimenting them and making them feel good by telling them you like this about them, etc......and, as the first user said, definitely by actions as well---they do speak louder than words. i.e. if you told someone you loved them all the time, and stole money from them, you arent really loving them as you should....

as many times as you need to make them feel loved. Or else they will just think your saying it to hear yourself talk.

You should tell them everyday. In addition to telling them, you should also show them. You never know when it might be their or your last day.
