What is the protocol to write real SCI FI?

I don't know but I think real SCI FI has to cover 7 "issues"

You are way off beam here. I have been reading sci-fi for 50 years and have never heard this suggestion before. Writing is entirely a matter of personal choice and is not a matter subject to protocols.
