There are many things that you can use. MAC eye pigment is very sparkly. There is also some makeup that is created sprakly, like mettallics, I like cliniqe eye shadow in strike it rich. If you want sparkly makeup, cream shadows help. Dont use anything matte. Use products that reflect light and make them appear sparkly. I'm sure that you can find very sparkly stuff in the stores, just ask. Also, there are lotions that reflect ligt, making your face appear sparkly or glowing

There is blush or face powders that have sparkly stuff in them. Go to your local pharmacy stores that sell makeup and look through their products and I am sure you will find something, if not just ask for some help.
