If your body can stand 1000+ atmospheres of pressure and minus 400 degrees? That's 10 tons per square inch of body pressure more then you're feeling right now.
Basketballs and onions can break like glass at those temperatures.

Nope, Neptune is a gas giant. Although there are liquid gases as a part of the atmosphere, I doubt they would have the right viscosity to swim properly. Also, the gravity would probably pull you through to the center quickly, as its much stronger then ours.
Oh yeah, and you would be dead if you were human :)

No. Neptune is a gas planet. There can be organisms that fly throughout Neptune, but Neptune is like a huge atmosphere with a solid core.

The layer just below the atmosphere contains liquid hydrogen, helium and methane. The layer under that contains liquid hydrogen compounds, oxygen and nitrogen. I guess you could technically swim in liquids, but it would be liquid gasses, and I'm not sure that swimming is possible in liquid gasses.

Possibly... maybe, but there is liquid nitrogen on Neptune, and that would be extremely cold to swim in.

My answer is no. Though there may be some liquid, it's not exactly -water-, you know? Not the best thing to attempt to swim in. :3
Not all liquid is the same!
