they leak so i hav to still wear panty liners whats the best positioning so they won't leak?

no absorbency is not the problem, i change them often

i read that they need to be positined towards the back of your body, or somethin like that

I have the same problem sometimes. I think everyone's body is different, so your inside (not yours bcuz I think your a man right?) could be curved different than others. There are times when I leak through, but only half of it is absorbed. There are also times when it flips upside down. Seriously. Everyone is different so I wouldn't worry :)

Try those "Pearl" tampons. They weave the string to where it's almost impossible to leak through.

As far as positioning it wrongly - I don't think that's possible. Just try a different kind :)

Change tampon brand. I tried several brands before I found one that did not leak. I ended up using good old Tampax, one of the original brands. Playtex, Kotex, OB did not work for me.

im the same way i use super size and change them every 45 minutes. size dont matter though cause im 5 ft 2 inches and 100 pounds

Try the next size larger tampon.

they only go in one way, as far as i know. i had the same problem. it could just be you bleed too much for the tampon to catch it all

i don't think you can put them in any different way. you probably have them in for too long or not using the right absorbency.

try a new type of tampon maybe you just need a bigger kind now
