I think they'll eventually get used to the noise. I think it would be more traumatizing to keep moving them to different environments.

If They Are Scared Of Loud Noises Keep Them In Their Own Cage , If You Move Them They Will Get Upset And They Won't Know Where They Are , If You Leave Them They Can Hide In Their House

I think you should let them get use to the noise. Its a lot of work for you and they will get used to it an it would scare them less than moving them all the time.
