why is anal sex okay for gays and some hetersexuals,but if I were to pick my nose and roll up that nasty booger and throw it on you, that would be disgusting?

Because throwing a booger on someone who doesn't want it is very different from having anal sex with someone who does!
What's disgusting is subjective; it's fine to think anal sex is gross, just like I think booger flicking is grody, but I'm not about to tease, insult, or hurt others for booger flicking, or create laws against it!

I don't see how these two things are related. Someone out there probably has a nose picking/nasty booger fetish and is thinking about you picking your nose and getting hot.
