I think HSM is totally overrated. It's a weak to moderate movie, so why does everyone like it, and why are all the HSM stars suddenly such a big deal?

It's not an evil movie or anything. It just has a dumb, cliche plot, and bad actors. And yes, Zac Efron is sort of cute.

ME, ME, ME!!! I hate HSM. I can't understand what's the big deal about it, the movie is stupid, the acting sucks. Zac Efron is NOT cute at ALL.
I can't believe how they all became famous after that movie.
I'm so freaking tired of it! and they are actually making a second one...
I understand that 10 years old do like the movie, but teens and even some dults love the movie!!
It's the same with this latin group "RBD" they became famous after the "novela" God they just SUCK!!!

it incredibly is extraordinarily cheesy, i agree. it incredibly is sorta like a disney fantasy international that sons and daughters love and regrettably think of is actual. mum and dad like it because of the fact it incredibly is very nearly a precise version of grease, yet reducing approximately 5 years of aim audience age. that's a musical, and human beings love those. and that i could say while in comparison with different disney channel video clips, this one isn't so undesirable. nicely, easily that's lol. it is likewise puffed up because of the fact of zac. what 11 year old woman isn't obsessed over him? (easily im 13 and that i'm!!) he does have particularly some skills however, he's definately waiting for larger and greater effective issues. he proved that for the duration of his superb overall performance in hairspray (maximum suitable action picture ever!!). ok this could make yall mad: HSM 3 and four will premire in theaters!!!! and confident there will be a 4 and probably even a 5!! uuuggghhhh!

OMG! I LOVE that movie! I can't wait till High School Musical 2 comes out!!! It's SO not overrated....

I still haven't seen it and I won't. I hate Disney channel, we need to learn to separate real celebrities from Disney stars. Excluding Lindsay Lohan because she's broken out of that.
And Hilary Duff I suppose, because so has she, although I'm not too keen on her.

i don't think it's overrated or dumb. it's a television movie the got lucky. i don't think disney or the actor thought it would get that big but it did so don't hate.

i for one don't .that's a cool movie especially with Vanessa Anne Hudgens in it i love this movie and with Ashley Tisdale in it and i can't till high school musical 2 comes up

I hate it! It is so annoying. Everyone loves it and why did it win an AMA. Everyone loves it. It isn't that great ether. They are totally lip singing.

I do. But that is a preteen for ya. I found it to be quite annoying. The singing was plain annoying and the story was cliche. It was horrid overall.
