I lost my plug two days ago, but only about the size of a nickel, and today I lost somemore about the same amount. How long does it normally take to go into labor after this?

Labor can range to a few days to a few weeks. I lost my mucus plug sometime in January and didn't have my daughter till Febraury 24th. I hope this helps. Good Luck

you can lose it up to 6 weeks before labor, i lost mine in april and my daughter wasnt born until june

with my oldest daughter, i lost it about 2 weeks before. my second daughter, i didnt lose it, they say its usually noticable with only the first. Good luck and God Bless

it took me a month but it could be any time too. i lost mine at 36 weeks and i delivered exactly at 41 weeks
