All kinds of different parts of the chicken. There is no one part that the nugget comes from. And no, it doesn't come from it's behind.

the chicken nuggets that come from fast food restaurants like mcdonalds, wendys, and burger king are made from like the liver and stuff like that from a chicken. they arent really made out of any meat. but the frozen chicken nuggets that you can buy at the store and chicken from chick-fil-a is wholesome chicken and is actually made from the meat of the chicken, basically the good part!

I think it's the chicken butt because ever notice how the butt looks like a chicken McNugget.
