No, I've never found a site that lets you do that... I read little snips of books though.

Yes - since having discovered Project Gutenberg, Classicreader.com and so on, I've recently been reliving my childhood!

I've read, in the last few weeks, several books in the "Anne of Green Gables" series; "A Girl of the Limberlost" and "Freckles", and the three "What Katy Did" books - and the books mentioned in the latter where there were links.

It's also a good and lazy way (without going to the library) to get a taste of books one would like to try.

It's a bit tiring, though, staring at the screen. I do prefer books I can curl up with and take to bed!
