the menus, IE, google, yahoo are all listed as menu bars. Place your cursur on the top of your window below the windows frame and right click. That will give you a drop down menu that list all of the available menu bars: Standard buttons Address bar inks and other toolbar you might have available. By selecting them they will appear on your screen and with a check mark in front on the menu.

Click on the little flag icon on your keyboard, it's between the crtl and alt button You should see an icon for Internet Explorer there. If not, go to All Programs, and you should see Internet Explorer in your list of programs, if so, right click and click on Send to Desktop as Shortcut. Then left click on it, and VIOLA you are on the net.

not sure which menu but u could always right click on the ie icon and goto properties
