It's easy and it requires two people. Locate your slave cylinder and there should be a bleeder screw of some sort. Next fill up the clutch master cylinder with brake fluid. Have a friend start manually pressing and depressing your clutch pedal from inside the cab quite a few times. Once your friend has the clutch pedal up, open your bleeder valve on the slave cylinder and have the person inside the cab slowly push down on the clutch pedal until it is all the way down to the floor. Next close your valve. Keep repeating this process over and over. Don't be suprised if you don't get any air out of the lines for the next 5-6 tries at repeating this process because that is normal. Also don't forget to check the resivior in your clutch cylinder from time to time and make sure it doesn't go dry while your doing this. Some are easier to bleed than others so if this method for whatever reason doesn't pan out for you then just go to a parts store or your local Snap-On driver and buy a bleeder pump. The only thing that sucks about that is it isn't a tool that you are going to have to use alot unless you work at a transmission shop or repair brakes all the time. Good luck and hope this helped you out.

get a very clean oil can and a bleed tube fill the oil can with fluid then connect the tube to the spout of the oil can and the other end to the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder loosen the bleed nipple and gentley pump the fluid back towards the master cylinder untill the level starts to rise in the tank make sure not to empty the oil can or this pumps air back into the system lock the bleeder this works better on van becouse the master cyl is a lot higher than on cars hope this helps

Should be easy peasy,as long as you can find the slave cylinder.Just make sure the clutch master cylinder stays topped up,loosen the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder, push pedal to the floor, tighten nipple and repeat.Push a pipe over the nipple so that the fluid can be collected in a bottle etc.
