Well in early teens all boys are curious, so that would be fine. If you are in your later teens, then you may well be gay or bisexual, and you are becoming sexually curious about other men - also fine, but it's not really appropriate in a changing room. If you continue this behavior, you are likely to upset someone, and either end up in an embarrassing situation, or even a violent incident.
If you are gay or bisexual, it would be better to look at pornography; and you will need to find local support organizations for gay teens - there are organizations in most large towns/cities.

You are no different from the majority of other guys in a the shower room. Most guys like to take a peek and it's not unusual for most of them, straight or gay to get erect or semi erect.
Just don't go blatantly staring. That might get you into trouble!

Yeah, but probably you should be there in the shower to get your jollies,not peeping in. You'll get beat up or tossed out or both. If you want to see a lot more men, join the Y. Everyone there goes nude, you can see all the guys you want to compare yourself with.

Well it depends.. if you're going through puberty your body doesn't know wheter men or women turn you on , so its trying to decide. If you're an adult , then you may be gay
