I say try the covergirl again and blend around the jawline better. Make up lines are either caused by not having the right color of foundation...maybe it too dark. Make up doesn't just have to go strictly on the face it can be blended down onto the neck. If you like the covergirl, stick with it. Ask a friend if it's your right color. Otherwise, I think almay is the best.

I know it costs a bit more, but I would go to a department store and be matched up into the right type of foundation for your skin. There are a lot of great brands out there...Clinique, MAC and Lancome all have terrific products. It's just a matter of finding out which one is best for you. Most counters will help you find which is best for your skin type, type of coverage you desire, etc. and will give you samples to try before you purchase them. And the good thing is, when you do buy one, if you get home and for whatever reason you decide you don't like it, you can get your money back.

mineral powder foundation! I actually just bought some by N.Y.C and it is really awsome! And affordable!!!!! It goes on real light and does not look like make-up, if you know what I mean........anything talc free really is great, Cover Girl clean is great even though it has a small amount of talc it is still a fresh clean makeup. If you are looking for liquid, Physicians Formula makes a mineral foundation that stays on all day and looks really really smooth.

My favorite is Revlon color stay with soft flex. I've used everything from the expensive to the powder mineral kind. And this is the only one that everyone compliments my "smooth, flawless skin" And it's really not - but I'll keep that my secret! When you use it make sure you put it on with a sponge this will allow you to smooth it easier. Good luck.

If you want/can spend a little bit more $ I recommend Clinique or Bare Minerals makeup. It is pricey but way better than some of the store makeup. YOu can match yourself up and get great coverage.

I just bought almay perfect shade today. Its amazing! I love it, its so light but yet supplies excellent coverage. The best part, theres only three shades you pick from either light, medium, or dark. Then it will form to make your perfect shade. Its awesome.

Good Luck! <3

Covergirl, MK and Ashley, Maybeline(which I use), Neutrogena, etc.
I personally love Maybeline and Neutrogena, but they can get kinda pricy.
