Read first, Stop with the 'You shouldn't smoke' bullcrap. I know, I'm not dumb but you know what? Health matters, but why can't people enjoy themselves? If I enjoy smoking its no different from another person that enjoys something else. Except I'll die quicker, and I don't care.

I think rolling your own with "DRUM" or "DRUM LIGHT" are the strong ones. I use to smoke back in the high school days then at the bars after my first year of college and I use to smoke DRUM.

I've always heard that Camel unfiltered were the strongest, but Kools, Pall Mall, Viceroy and all the unfiltered ciggies are right up there in strength as well.
Marlboro Reds were too strong for me , but then again, I've been smoking Asutralian brands for a couple of years now

They've got a brand in Europe that leaves most American cigarettes in the dust..... And they are available from some tobacconists in some major cities.

Belomorkanal cigarettes is a cigarette of specific design called papirosa (папироса) in Russian, to distinguish from usual cigarettes called sigareta (сигарета). Generally, the "papirosa" are without a filter. Belomorkanal is an example of one of the stages in the evolution of cigarettes: it is composed of a hollow cardboard tube extended by a thin cigarette paper tube with tobacco. The cardboard tube plays the role of a disposable cigarette holder. This method was abandoned by Western brands shortly after World War II. The Belomorkanal are still produced in various post-Soviet republics, most notably in Russia, Kamenets-Podolskiy, Ukraine and in Hrodna, Belarus.

The brand became popular in most of the Soviet Bloc countries due to their low price. They are famed as one of the strongest (if not the strongest) cigarettes available in Eastern Europe.

Philip Morris Commanders were the strongest, 33 tar and 3.4 nicotine per cigarette. They are extremely rare to find as they are no longer made. In the 1990's I bought a carton loved them and every morning spit up black phlegm. Quit in 2009 after smoking Pall Malls since I was 11.

Pall Mall is the strongest. It's like putting your lips over a car exhaust and breathing in.
