i have brown hair with sorta red tints? idk..... i wear black eyeliner and brownish eye shadow but i wanna makeup style for when i go out at nights.... but colors would u suggest?like something sexy.....

add a little silver to accent your eye browns and a soft pink would be nice for your cheeks

I think green eye liner (looselipsny gel eye liner in ivy league), Bambi eye shadow trio( deep rich browns)- can add some shimmer too ( eye shimmer in buff( pinker) or tantalizing(more in the gold family) and Lip Nouveau lip gloss in French Riviera. Depends as much on your eye color as your hair color, but I would recommend Almay's line of eye makeup... There's shadow, liner, mascara designed for each major eye color and two types... One to bring out the color (every day) and one to intensify the color (evenings out). They're easy to apply, they match any outfit, and they look really good.

I would wear:
Black eyeliner on your bottom lid and a darker purple on your top eyelid, with mascara and lipgloss!
