I dreamt that one of my bottom teeth was loose and then I eventually ended up pulling it out to find another small tooth behind it. In my culture, when you dream about one tooth falling out, it means someone will be sick or pass away but what confuses me is the small tooth behind it. Thanks!

I think you're reading WAY too much into this dream stuff. When I was younger I used to have dreams in which all my teeth fell out during the course of a day. They just popped out while I was talking to people, and no one seemed to pay much attention, even though I was extremely upset in my dream.
I've probably had that dream a dozen times, and yet I haven't had an extraordinary number of people pass away in my life.
Incidentally, I still have all my teeth, too.

teeth falling out represent a transition in your life
or something you are thinkin about... dealing witha transition..
a few examples would be like.. growing up, school, family, friends.. just changes.
