Vader.

It comes down to motivation. Voldemort is in it for himself, therefore, when it comes to the critical moment, Voldemort will escape (and quit) to save himself. Of course, that will open him to an attack of opportunity, giving Vader a chance for a clear win.

Vader, on the other hand, is a complex bundle of motivations, but the large part of it is loyalty to the Emperor. That give him a reason outside of himself to win. We see this clearly even when he turns against the Emperor. He is able to overcome an opponent (the Emperor) who is clearly more powerful than him, because his then fighting for his son & daughter - again, something outside himself.

Actually, the Emperor scene is a good analogy. Put Voldemort in the place of the Emporor (becuase they are very similar characters) and you already see your outcome. Voldemort goes down the airshaft.
