Print them out from what? Are you using some sort of accounting software? If so, your system will walk you through the steps. If you're operating without software, you can write or type them by hand with black ink-press down hard, because you're going through several copies.

Be sure to proofread your work at least three times to be sure that you have all information correct. Believe me, it's much easier to take the time to do it right the first time than to have to file corrected W-2s or 1099s.

HUH? They have the forms on the IRS website but why do you need to print these out?
