Do not spend too much time worrying about it. I had unprotected sex the day before my period and I didn't get pregnant.

It's very unlikely since ovualtion occurs around 14 days before your period and since you had sex the day before your period your uterus lining would be getting ready to shed.
And since you have had your period it's not likely that you are pregnant.

Did you use condom, if you did then it seemed impossible, but if not then it seem very liable to happen because the sperms last up to 48 hours, just take a pregnant test, then you'll find out, but if you scare someone might know then otherwise.

If you were not using anything to prevent it, then its very likely cos that's a very fertile period, your hormones and body are actually waiting for it since the ovum is ready for fertilisation. Hope this isn't bad news. Get a pregnancy test, no way to tell otherwise.
