Steve Irwin because that was a freak accident. You knew Anna Nicole Smith was going to OD at some point.... no surprise there.

Both deaths are extremely sad and both were shocking untimely deaths. That being said, I was much more shocked by Anna Nicole's death. I also wish people wouldn't be so judgemental about her. One person answered your question stating that she OD'd. At this time, that statement is false and unnecessary. The possibility is there, yet the prelimenary results of her autopsy found no pills in her stomach. She's gone thru HELL in the past five months and if she did OD I can understand her depression. She could have been suffering from post-partum depression and then losing a child is unbearable. I don't know what I'd do if I lost one of my children. That is a tragedy that no one should have to suffer. Please guys, give her a break, she's passed now. At least have some empathy for her precious little girl who will grow up with out a mother and a brother. It's so sad.

Although they are both sad it almost seems as if both of them had their number coming up. Steve Irwin lived a very dangerous lifestyle. Anna Nicole on the other hand has a had a tough life regardless of the type of person she is. I do think Anna's is more suspicious

Steve Irwin left a wonderful family behind and Nicole left a very young daughter behind. Death is sad. Shock value should not matter.

Steve Irwin. After seeing him on tv every day its kinda like i believed he never could die. Anna Nicole Smith was on tv for her husband and son dying so i kinda got used to associating her with death.

that's a very good question. The way Anna Nicole Smith's life has gone, its a fit ending for such a sad life. As for Irwin, everybody thought he was invincible. His death was the most shocking.

Steve Irwin. No one really expected it, although his job focuses on being with dangerous animals.
I don't think Anna Nicole Smith's death would get so much publicity if it hadn't been for her son who died some months earlier.

Steve Irwin had a cause worth fighting for. Anna Nicole was a gold-digging stripper douchebag. The way the media is celebrating her is making me want to vomit uncontrollably.
