I have a Dell Dimension 5320 and it runs Windows XP the Home Edition. I accidently erased the sound properties off of my hard drive and desperatly need the sound back due to online classes and school work. Can anyone point me to the light at the end of the tunnel?

Can't find any mention of a Dell Dimension 5320 anywhere. Are you sure you have the right model number ? The closet one i can find is the E520 and the link to download your audio driver is herehttp://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_E520&os=WW1&osl=EN#
>>Call Dell if you can't find the soundcard driver or you can run Window Updates to get the driver.

Go to your computer's manufacturer's website and go to the "Support" section. There should be a link for drivers. You will need to know your computer's model, but once you enter that it will give you and option to download any missing drivers. Just find the Sound Driver and install it. Hope that helps =]

do this, right click on your "my computer" icon on your desktop, then click properties, then click on "hardware", then click "device manager". Go down the list till ya see your sound card, click the plus sign next to it, right click an then click "update driver". Let microsoft search an install the best drivers automaticlly. Good luck.
