I lived in NY and what I liked the most were the 80s.
I like that it's a cosmopolitan city, with high spirits as well as high buildings, the landmarks are worth every visit and the holidays are sparkling, fabulous.

The food. The variety of ethnic groups and cultures. the beautiful sights.
