Ok. I know this girl, she is in 6th grade, loves animals and sports, also music. She is very quiet and not very self-confident. She has shoulder length blond curly hair that she says is too frizzy and she doesn't see very well (no time to get an eye exam or glasses). She only has 3 friends!!!! How can I help her make more friends and be more confident>

She is homeshooled and she can't get out much (her dad works and mom can't drive because of a medical condition).

Help her get self confidence. Compliment her. Take her to the eye doctor for her vision so she can feel better. Tell her she is beautiful the way she is. Get her involved in some clubs where she can meet other people and introduce her to a few of her friends!

maybe try to introduce her to some of your friends, and if shes a different age then introduce her to some kids her own age...offer to go places with them and dont stop with the compliments
keep her self confidence up and support her..

let her talk to u and some of your friends and maybe just guide her through things...make her unshy and just show her how to be loose around others and maybe she'll just naturally start to be social...who knows..
