Officially, the Broward County Medical Examiner's office says that they will not have the results of all the specific toxicological tests for between 3 and 5 more weeks.
Believe me, I strongly do not buy for one second that Anna Nicole Smith's untimely/sudden/mysterious death was due to alcohol/drugs/stomach virus. This reeks of something very shady with that attorney she "married"; I do not even think this so-called union is legal. I believe he had something to do with her son's death and now with hers.
Go ahead and follow this, it will ALL come out in the wash! This guy Howard K. Stern is shadier than hell, not to mention him trying to claim that he is her little baby's father. NOT TRUE! The true baby's father is Larry Birkhead, the photographer. This will also come out, all the truth will come out.

They do not think foul play was involved. They have long speculated that Anna-Nicole abused prescription drugs, and this can damage your organs severly over a short period of time. As the medical examiner stated, she COULD have died from an overdose, but no pills were found in her stomach. They are waiting for the toxocology results that should be available in about a month.

It will be 10 days according to the Coroner to run a full toxicology report. The suspicion as of this time is a mixture of medications, not drugs. For her recent surgery and an illness she had at the time of death (prescription and over the counter drug interaction)

No, they said it will take a few weeks to know for sure. Their first tests have found no drugs in her system, but they are doing more thorough testing. Everyone is specualating that it is drugs though, her mom has even gone on tv already saying that she told Anna to stop taking drugs and alcohol...

They have yet to mention anything in the news but most people are thinking that it was drugs. They found as huge stash of medications in her hotel room.

They said she had used drugs,but that was just not true.They also said that she had an overdose,but i say it was on purpose because she probably wanted to be with her son Daniel,and didn't want to suffer any more pain or have reporters ask her anything about Daniel.My suggestion is that why would she kill her self by overdose if she had her new born baby.This is just stupid.

No not yet..they claim it can take up to 3-5 weeks for extra test to come back.
