You need to come to California.
It doesn't have to be in a tourist shop. Any Swap Meet you go to has atleast 5-50 shirt vendors that sell Calif or L.A. anything you want. (Shirts, Hats, Keychains,...................)
Or you can order it online on ebay or at online stores.

Sorry this sounds like an advertisement but,.....Hey!
The wife does embroidery of whatever you want! If you can give her an e-mail photo or a picture (hand drawn or a general idea ) she can scan it in and send you a sample of your shirt on a scrap piece of material and if it's what you want, she can have it to you in 7 days. I'm not sure a customer embroidered top is what you're looking for, but little momma is very good! If you are sending out a custom message, why not personalize it? Actress no 1 loves L.A.....What is California without Actresses....if you can think it, she can do it.

I have a ton of those; from L.A. So yeah I would just go there to get a shirt like that or you could make it yourself lol.
