1. File nails
2. Soak nails in soapy oiled water
3. Push cuticles back with towel
3. Use a nail clipper to clip off dead side skin
4. Use lotion to moisturize hands and cuticles
5. Apply clear nailpolish (if you have it)

simple follow these steps.
SAME FOR PEDICURE AND MANICURE
* take a wide and lil deep tub where u can put both ur legs. and fill 3/4th of the tub with luke warm water( can be warm if u can bear the warmth as it gives a soothing and eases the pain)
* add lil shampoo and mix it till u see the colour change and a lil bubble.
*wash ur feet and put them in the tub. leave it for like 2 minutes to soak.
* take a old tooth brush and scrub it on ur nails and clean in between the fingers/toes.
* use the back side of nail cutter to clean the cuticles.
* if u have a pumic stone (costs Rs.8in any store) or a scrubber. and scrub the inside of ur feet. dip in water and take out and scrub do it frequently.
* doesnt need to be slippery or sticky. do not use soap and then scrub u wont be able to remove the dead skina dn clean teh feet properly. if u feel water has become cold. remove the dirty used water and add fresh fresh water and use it again.
* after u have done put olive oil to ur hands and to the nail because it makes the nails strong and cuticles shine. and keeps them healthy.
