For master degree programs.
And preferly those which offer courses in english spoken classes.

I can't recall the name of the school, but try researching Thailand. I believe Oxford or Cambridge co-sponsors a masters program there. The courses are taught in English, but I havn't a clue on the cost. Living there would be inexpensive if you're only there for an education, but if you meet up with expats, it'll get expensive!

Also, try Malaysia, the Philipines, and India as I'm sure they have international partner schools similar to Thailand.

i live in cols ohio and we have frankln univ. which is excellent, we are intl business school, with most of aour students abroad the tuition is very affordable, full time is about 7500usd per trimester this doesnt include the books or housing, but yuo can probably either swap with someone or stay with a student host.if you need help with english we have a partnership with another local college that you can take classes there. check the site at www.franklin.edu.
