It depends on whether you mean "native language" or the language spoken by the greatest number people. Many people speak more than one language.

Chinese. More people on earth speak it than the second most used language which is English.

English.. its used internationally.. and to those that said Chineese.. I would point out that there is no actuall ONE Chineese language.. Mandarin , Cantoneese, and Hakka are the three main ones.. and no they really arent interchangable.. though many speak all three to a degree.. (they prob resemble each other as much as American English and Mexican spanish do)
