Because he is a midget moron.
Someone above stated that it's the banker who offers the swaps.
That's true but it's the banker that offers the deals too.
Noel just stands around in too tight trousers and repeats what
the banker says to him while trying to cop a feel of any female
contestant with a pulse.

Write to the telly company and tell them that you will sue if they say it again.
Or just take TV as it is ENTERTAINMENT (sometimes).
Oh and he does sometimes ask if they want to swap if there is two boxes left at the end so you are right.

good question! Ill tell you why because Noel Edmonds is a tw.....t and is so far up his own a.......se.that he knows jack! All he's borthered about is getting his end away with the female contestants! Im sure he pinches their bums when he walks behind them! Sorry yahoo if this is deemed a violation but its the truth!
