like 2 days. i dont change it everyday haha theres no point. unless ive sweated then i will change it sooner.

I have a few different bras which I wear each day, rotating between the days and depending on what I am wearing. I never wear the same bra two days in a row because I usually wash them after I have worn them once. I wear bras to bed so I usually wear my bed time bras 3 nights in a row before I wash them out and wear a different one.

I've been told that you shouldn't wear the same bra more then 2 days in a row.
If your asking how often to wash it, I wash mine once a week, sometimes more in the summer. Hand wash, no dryer.

(About half a year). No, just a day, I live in a semi-desert, after that it may start to stink. 2 days here is not such a good idea, and it wears the elastic the longer you wear it. actually, washing it often may also increase the wear.

depends... if it's the hook ones, i wear it 3 day maximum(usaully sleep over at friends at last minute). if it's like a diffrent kind, until i'm not too lazy to check my laundry basket.
