Yes and the people who actually thought Perot could win and voted for him. He also made it impossible for another party to become stronger than what they are. The two parties are almost the same now.

No. If you look at the state-by-state returns in that election (as I have), you'll see that Perot's percentage is LESS than the margin by which Bush lost - meaning that Clinton beat Bush without regard to Perot's presence or absence in that race.

people wanted
and clinton delicered alot of them
