She's doing it so people like you, the press, and the paparazzi get more and more curious about where he is, until someone offers her big bucks for a picture of him. A la Brad and Angelina's baby. People magazine paid them $1 million for a picture of Shiloh.
The longer she waits, the higher a price Jayden will get for her.
Money hungry b-tch, bad mother.... I think so.
Plus all of the press pictures of her and Sean Preston seem more like a photo-op to improve her image, then just a mother and son.

i think she saw what happend with Preston and all the terrible things that were on the news of her dropping him that she doesnt want to have anymore bad comments so shes keeping him away!
